CRiBE (the Centre for Research in the Built Environment)
sets out to identify practical, cost-effective solutions that
meet these challenges and exploit these opportunities –
to the benefit of communities and businesses.
The primary aim of CRiBE (the Centre for Research in the
Built Environment) is to add value to the built environment
by improving building performance and the quality and sustainability
of physical assets within the built environment. With a longstanding
international reputation for pioneering work in environmental
and architectural design, energy efficiency in buildings,
and sustainable urban development, it has now extended its
leading-edge expertise to include related disciplines across
the full spectrum of urban sustainability issues.
